BabyTime+

Consumer health data privacy policy

Effective: August 7, 2026

This policy covers "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's SB 370, and similar state laws. For BabyTime+, that means: your due date, pregnancy or postpartum status (including what can be inferred from your answers), and your health-insurance type.

Categories we collect, and why

We collect this only after you check the consent box on the quiz's first screen — collection is never silent.

Sources and sharing

The only source is you (your quiz answers). Consumer health data is processed by the service providers that run this site — Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Resend (email delivery) — under contracts limiting them to providing the service. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. Partner links receive only a random click id — never your answers. Selling consumer health data would require your separate, signed authorization under Washington law; we have no such program.

Your rights

Exercise any of these by emailing privacy@babytimeplus.com from the address you used. Deleting your data also stops the email series automatically.

General practices — analytics, cookies, retention, security — are in the main privacy policy.
