Privacy policy

What we collect

• Quiz answers: state, optional ZIP, due date (optional), household income range, and insurance type — collected only after you affirmatively consent on the quiz's first screen. Due-date and related answers are additionally covered by our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
• Email address — only if you choose to receive your results and our benefits email series (separate, unchecked consent).
• Usage data: pages viewed, link clicks (including clicks on partner links), referrer, and campaign parameters. We store a salted hash of your IP address, never the raw IP.
• Email engagement: delivery, open, click, bounce, and complaint events from our email provider.

How we use it

• To match you with benefit programs and show your results page.
• To send the email series you opted into, and to stop sending when you unsubscribe.
• To measure what content and campaigns work (aggregate analytics).
• To prevent abuse (rate limiting, bot detection).

Who receives data

Service providers that run this site: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email delivery), Google (analytics and, where enabled, AdSense advertising), and — if you arrived from an ad — the ad platform's conversion pixel (Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest). When you click a partner link, the partner receives a random click id (never your quiz answers). We honor Global Privacy Control and omit the click id entirely for browsers that send it.

We do not sell your quiz answers or email address. Some U.S. state laws define ad-measurement cookies as "sharing" — you can opt out on Your privacy choices.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email privacy@babytimeplus.com from the address in question and we'll act within the legally required window (typically 45 days). Unsubscribing from email is instant via the one-click link in any message.

Retention & security

We keep quiz answers and email data while your subscription is active and delete on request. Suppression records (unsubscribes, bounces) are kept so we never email you again. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our providers.

Children

This site is for adults planning for or raising children and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect children's data.
